South London Liberal Synagogue
Nathan was brought up in Willesden and had a career as a humanities teacher before entering Leo Baeck College. His MA dissertation was on ceremony in Liberal Jewish worship.
Formerly a member of Mosaic Liberal Synagogue and The Liberal Jewish Synagogue,
Nathan has served the South London Liberal Synagogue in Streatham since 2016. He is also a Chaplain in the Royal Naval Reserve.
He continues to live in NW London with his wife, Linda, a senior lecturer in mental health nursing and medical ethicist.
