As the air turns cold and the days darken, Yelala invites you to warm yourself around a hearth of ancestral wisdom and community.

We return to the Cottage in the Woods, this time guided by the light and shadow of the moon herself. From the Hebrew months of Tevet to Adar II, we will follow the moon through the winter months, from hibernation to celebration.

We will accompany the moon from full to new, to full again, until we’re in sight of the spring. Click here for booking and to find out more.

Yelala (www.yelala.co.uk) is a constellation of projects which celebrate the traditions of women/femme and folk ancestors within Judaism. Cottage in the Woods takes place on various dates from Thursday 19 December 2021 – Wednesday 16 March 2022. All events are 19:00-20:30 (UK Time) on Zoom.
