The Job

RSY-Netzer and Reform Judaism place a high importance on all aspects of wellbeing and strive to ensure that we are as inclusive as possible, creating a safe and welcoming space for young people.

We are looking for teachers, youth workers, social workers or other appropriate professionals with at least 3 years experience working with young people, to work on our residential events.

You will need an understanding of Jewish youth movements and be able to recognise the wellbeing needs of the young people on camp as well as being an effective communicator with other professionals, parents, volunteer leaders and, most importantly, young people.

You will be responsible for maintaining the health, safety and wellbeing of the young people on camp and act as the named Safeguarding Officer. You will assist leaders to create a positive environment for the young people in their care, as well as enabling them to promote their own wellbeing and supporting them as needed.

You will be working within a team of caring, professional and fun people.
