This summer, from 3-22 August, LJY-Netzer will be putting out a FREE inclusive online programme for all young people in school years 2-11 (ages 7 to 16).
Our committed volunteers have been working hard to bring this to life and are now proud to present Machaneh B’Bayit, Camp @ Home.
The programme is free of charge and there will a range of activities provided to suit all ages. All those who sign up to participate will receive a resources box in the post with their own Machaneh B’Bayit t-shirt, tie dye and other items for virtual LJY sessions or to use in their own time.
There will be around three to four hours a week of interactive activities, as well as live streams on the LJY-Netzer and Liberal Judaism social media channels. Participants can take part in as few or as many sessions as they choose.
LJY-Netzer movement worker Rosa Slater said: “This is a really good opportunity for both old and new LJY-Netzer members to connect with their peers this summer and experience being part of a young and inclusive Jewish community. If they have been too nervous to attend a residential event this is a great way to get a taste of what LJY-Netzer is all about!”
The deadline to sign up is Wednesday 8 July, in order that LJY-Netzer know how many resources to order for participants.
