Liberal Judaism is proud to support Limmud Together UK – the Limmud day festival we have all come to know and love, but held virtually.
Limmud Together UK takes place on Sunday 3 May and will feature more than 50 sessions from presenters including the president of the World Union For Progressive Judaism (WUPJ) David Saperstein and former Liberal Judaism president Rabbi Baroness Julia Neuberger.
The day will also see the author Howard Jacobson interviewed by The Guardian’s Jonathan Freedland, as well as bespoke family sessions.
Limmud Together UK costs £10 per screen, or £1 for those financially impacted by coronavirus. Tickets can be booked by clicking here.
A spokesperson for the event said: “Jewish learning and community is important to Limmud and we are using this opportunity to continue to bring people together even if we are physically distant.
“From the comfort of your own home, via Zoom, you’ll be connected to Limmud sessions from around the world, specifically curated for these uncertain times. It’ll be virtually the same experience of a day Limmud, with outstanding presenters, discussions and learning.”
