Liberal Judaism’s youth movement, LJY-Netzer, has announced its new team of movement workers.

Francesca Kurlansky of South London Liberal Synagogue, Jacob Swirsky of Brighton & Hove Progressive Synagogue and Rosa Slater of Finchley Progressive Synagogue will all take up their posts at the start of August.

Movement workers are the professional staff of LJY-Netzer, responsible for coordinating events, engaging members and enacting ideology

The new team will take over from Ellie Lawson, Ben Combe and Helen Goldhill, with all six working together on LJY-Netzer’s summer camp as part of the handover period.

Speaking on behalf the outgoing movement workers, Ben said: “From this year’s team to next, we’re so excited to see you take the reins and lead LJY-Netzer into its next generation. We know you’ll ace it, and we can’t wait for you to join us this summer!”

You will be able to find out more about Francesca, Jacob and Rosa in the July/August edition of LJ Today.
