Liberal Jews from all over the country will be heading to the Midlands this weekend for the LJ Biennial Conference.
The event, which has the theme of ‘Thinking Outside The Book’, will offer a packed schedule of stimulating and thought-provoking tracks, featuring inspiring speakers and leading voices in the wider Jewish world.
If you are unable to join us for this diverse and inspirational conference, you can watch, follow and interact with the Biennial online.
Over the weekend we will be sharing the very best of the Biennial’s content right here on the website and via our social media feeds, giving you the opportunity not only to watch the sessions but to submit your questions to our speakers live online.

Saturday 2 July
11.30am-12.40pm – Keynote: Cole Moreton in conversation with Rabbi Dr David Goldberg, introduced by Rabbi Charley Baginsky
12.40pm-12.50pm – Address from the Senior Rabbi and Chief Executive of Liberal Judaism, Rabbi Danny Rich
3.30pm-5.15pm – Panel session: How do we respond to Brexit and the apparent divisions within UK society, as individuals and as a Movement?
9.45pm-11pm – Evening spectacular surprise!
Sunday 3 July
12pm-1pm – Panel session: A discussion on anti-Semitism and anti-Zionism, chaired by The Guardian’s Jessica Elgot
3.30pm – 4.30pm – Closing ceremony with Rabbi Charley Baginsky and Simon Benscher, Chair of Liberal Judaism.
