Liberal Judaism’s pioneering project Twilight People: Stories of Faith and Gender Beyond the Binary is set to be featured on the radio.

Twilight People founder Surat-Shaan Knan will appear on the Under the Rainbow show on Pure 107.8fm.

Under the Rainbow is the weekly radio programme for Stockport’s lesbian, gay, bisexual and trans community – and can also be heard around the country on www.pureradio.org.uk

Surat-Shaan will be chatting about the work of Twilight People, the UK’s first ever project exploring the heritage of transgender people of faith.

Surat-Shaan said: “I was delighted to be asked to appear. Twilight People is a national project and we really want to reach out more to communities outside of London.”

Twilight People is hoping to bring its touring exhibition to the North of England in 2016.
